Powerful You is a grab and go counseling tool loaded with short and easy-to-use units for group or classroom counseling. Each of the twenty-six lessons share a true story with turn and talk prompts for student reflection. Inspiring quotes, activities, and tips are included in the book for optional lesson extension. Use the laminated Powerful You Role-Play Cards for story telling and acting out the desired behaviors.
